The link to the former article didn’t work for me for some reason but why don’t we just pump money into the high risk pools and keep medical underwriting? I think this is what you were supporting.

Hold on here folks…I’ve never read anything about flood insurance not kicking in because of poor city drainage systems and I certainly didn’t read that in the article referenced above.
